The feed is no longer the product.

Live sport used to arrive as finished pixels — one director, one truth, one screen. NoPixel streams reality itself: every ball, rep, and split as verified, confidence-scored events that your device renders its own way. Graphics, commentary, highlights, language, density — the fan holds the switcher now.

Broadcast was a monologue

RUNDOWN 01 / 08

A traditional outside broadcast bakes every decision into the video: which graphic, which replay, which language, which sponsor. NoPixel splits the signal — video is one plane; truth is another. Canonical events stream beside the pictures, and every screen becomes a renderer with its own director. That single split is where all the wow lives.

Plane 01 · Truth

Graphics that know things

Every overlay on this page fires from a canonical event — scored, identity-resolved, confidence-gated. No graphic ever asserts what a sensor didn't see. Degraded data never draws.

Plane 02 · Renderers

Every screen, its own director

The stadium board, the TV feed, the phone in row Z and the judge's tablet all subscribe to the same truth stream — and each renders only what its rights tier allows, in the density and language its owner chooses.

Plane 03 · Agents

A crew that never sleeps

Ten agents ride the event bus: commentary in three languages, an auto-director, replay cutting highlights ~6 seconds after the moment, integrity watching every hash. One human supervises the lot.

SEG 02

The cricket graphics superset

RUNDOWN 02 / 08

This is a program monitor, not a screenshot. A synthetic match engine — the same kind that drives our real rehearsals — is bowling right now. Score bug, ball-by-ball ticker, auto-chyrons on boundaries and wickets, milestone straps, L-band squeeze, sponsor graphics: all firing from events, live in your browser.

Honesty note: this monitor simulates the production stack with synthetic events — Falcons Mumbai v Falcons London is our fixture-canon for demos. In production the same graphics fire from HMAC-signed scorer input on a hash-chained log. Nothing here pretends to be sensor data we don't have.

Wagon wheel

Scorer annotation · Tier B

Every scoring shot lands a spoke — angle from the scorer's tap, length ∝ runs. Gold = boundary. A record of judgment, labeled as one — never faked ball tracking.

Pitch map

Scorer annotation · Tier B

Line × length on a 5×6 grid, good-length band marked. Red = wicket ball, gold = boundary conceded. Accumulates as the synthetic innings unfolds.

Fan view — the switcher in every pocket

RUNDOWN 03 / 08

On nopixelsports.com, graphics are drawn by your device from the truth stream — so they're yours to command. Density, layers, language: flip them below and watch monitor 1 and this phone obey. Turn everything off and one thing survives: the score bug burned into the video itself — proof the feed carries truth even on screens we don't control.

Layers

Per-fan render gates

All layers off? The burned-in bug stays in the picture — that's the world-feed contract for rights-holders and TVs, drawn by the packager, not the client.

Commentary language

Same truth · three voices

In production these are live Claude commentary streams per language, generated from canonical events — identity-resolved names, never raw tracker IDs. Templated here for the demo.

SEG 04

The HYROX race engine

RUNDOWN 04 / 08

Same operating system, different sport — zero rewrites. Timing-mat splits and judge calls become the truth stream; the graphics pack becomes leader bug, station tracker, gap strip, judge-fed rep counts and battle detection. Six synthetic athletes are racing 8 stations right now. Wait for the finish.

Honesty note: leader order and gaps derive from timing-mat splits — sealed at each mat, interpolated between them only when labeled ESTIMATED. Rep counts are judge-fed; we don't claim computer-vision counting until the cameras that can do it are installed.

SEG 05

Highlights that cut themselves

RUNDOWN 05 / 08

The ReplayAgent watches the truth stream. Wicket, six, lead change, finish — it proposes in/out points and the origin cuts the clip in about six seconds: a 16:9 master and a 9:16 vertical for social, no human in the loop. The rail below fills as the monitors above produce moments. This is the gallery at nopixelsports.com/clips.

LIVE RAIL — FED BY MONITORS 1 & 2
No moments yet — the agents are watching. Wickets and sixes land here ~6s after they happen.
TAP-TO-REPLAY — INTERACTIVE INVENTORY Simulated · concept demo

The same cut, turned into sellable inventory. A viewer taps the moment marker — the replay opens inside the live frame as a picture-in-picture, carrying a sponsor sting (“Wickets by ___”, tap-initiated and measured per view). The live feed never stops behind it, and the next wicket snaps you back — so you never miss a ball. Nothing is taken from anyone who didn't tap. Tap the marker below when it appears.

FAL-M 0/0 · 0.0 OVBURNED INTO FEED
TAPS 0 tap-initiated · near-total completion measured per view · ViewerSignal{kind:"tap"}

Honesty note: this is a concept demo of an interactive inventory unit — the tap, in-player PiP replay, sponsor sting and snap-back are all simulated here. The clip already cuts itself (rail above, shipped). What this unit adds is net-new and scoped, not claimed: a second in-player video, a viewer→clip path, per-view tap measurement, and a snap-back interrupt on the truth stream. No rate-card guarantee until the snap-back is proven reliable on connect.

Behind the fan magic sits the mini-VOC — a browser console that replaces an OB van. Score the ball, fire the graphic, arm the break; every action is bearer-authenticated, audit-logged and hash-chained. The integrity agent rides shotgun, and every alert it raises is a governance record. Try the desk:

Every tap = HMAC-signed scoring event → engine validation → canonical emission → graphics, commentary, clips. Corrections are compensating events — the log never rewrites.

Severity pips: info warn critical. In production this is the L0 governance surface — duplicate replays rejected, chain verified end-to-end, per-event confidence recorded.

SEG 07

Wow, without lying

RUNDOWN 07 / 08

The fastest way to lose a federation, a broadcaster or a bettor is one faked graphic. So the platform enforces honesty structurally: every graphic is gated on sensor truth and confidence, and what the hardware can't see yet simply doesn't draw.

Shipping today

  • Truth-streamed graphics superset — cricket + HYROX, device-rendered
  • AI commentary, three languages — live Claude, identity-resolved names
  • Auto-highlights, ~6s latency — 16:9 + 9:16, agent-proposed
  • Burned-in world feed — packager-drawn bug for rights-holders
  • Fan View controls — density, layers, language per viewer
  • 1080p50 ABR + SRT/RTMP intake — broadcast-grade contribution
  • Hash-chained audit + integrity agent — every event, every graphic

Gated on hardware

  • Ball tracking & trajectories — waits for tracking cameras. Never simulated on air.
  • CV rep counting — judge-fed until cameras + models are venue-proven
  • AR player pull-outs — needs identity lock from real sensors
  • Officiating advisory renders — highest confidence tier, sensor-gated

If a sensor didn't see it, we don't draw it.
